此件是清乾隆中期青花描金胭脂紅雉雞天球瓶，長頸、口沿微外撇，溜肩、胖腹、縮足，器內和足底施綠松石釉，綠松石釉有年代久遠之天然開片，是清朝乾隆時期官窯特徵之一。長頸繪青花花卉捲葉紋，器身主體紋飾是胭脂紅雉雞，足外圍有青花蓮瓣紋一圈。
This piece is a Qing Dynasty mid-period blue and white vase with gilt accents and rouge-red decoration, featuring a depiction of pheasants. It has a long neck, slightly flared rim, sloping shoulders, plump body, and tapered foot. The interior and the base of the foot are covered with turquoise glaze, displaying natural age-related crackling, a characteristic of Qing Dynasty Qianlong-era imperial kilns. The long neck is adorned with blue and white floral and scrolling leaf patterns. The main decorative motif on the body of the vase is a rouge-red depiction of pheasants. A blue and white lotus petal pattern encircles the outer base.
底足內有標準青花六字「大清乾隆年製」篆書款，筆劃平直，同一筆畫的轉折有些是斷開後再起筆，但雖有斷筆而勢不斷；筆劃渾厚有力，結體大氣。書寫筆劃均勻，粗細得宜，以直筆筆劃為多，字體方正。
The inner base of the foot carries the standard blue and white six-character seal mark of "大清乾隆年製" (Made in the Qianlong Reign of the Great Qing Dynasty) in seal script. The brushstrokes are straight and clear, and though there are instances of breaking between strokes, the flow remains uninterrupted. The brushwork is robust and expressive, and the characters are uniformly written with appropriate variations in stroke thickness, showcasing a well-proportioned and dignified appearance.
