此件是明朝中後期觀世音菩薩與護法圖，此幅壁畫使用藏畫法，也叫喇嘛水陸道場畫法。顏料是用標準明朝中後期的天然礦物彩料，呈色依然鮮豔，但有明顯年代久遠風化現象。畫工繁複細緻，與法海寺內壁畫之畫工如出一轍，菩薩和護法的神態姿勢、衣著紋飾，以及背景捲雲畫法，整體畫風、畫法和布局相同。
This artwork is a mid-Ming Dynasty depiction of Bodhisattva and Guardian Deities using the "hidden painting" technique, also known as the "lama water-land dojo" painting method. The pigments employed are standard natural mineral pigments from the mid-Ming Dynasty. The colors remain vivid, though they exhibit noticeable signs of age and weathering. The intricate detailing of the artwork is reminiscent of the paintings within the Fahai Temple. The postures, attire, adornments, and the swirling cloud painting method of the Bodhisattvas and Guardian Deities are strikingly similar in style, technique, and composition.
此幅畫中央為觀世音菩薩，觀音眼瞼低垂呈思考狀，頭部比例較大，身形沉穩端正，上半身面積較大，著有披肩式的天衣，衣著蔽體不露，在寬大袖口自手肘才大幅散開，胸口交領低而寬，露出裙頭的結飾，衣著邊緣、內裡有華麗的花式圖樣環繞，有標準明朝中期捲葉紋，髮冠與瓔珞珠寶繁複華麗，衣著紋飾、髮冠和瓔珞珠寶局部描金，右手結說法印持蓮花，蓮花上有站立的佛陀，左手掌心向上結說法印托蓮花，雙腿盤坐於多層次華麗法座上，背後為彩色背光。
At the center of the painting is Bodhisattva. Her eyes are cast downwards in contemplation, and her head is proportionally large. She stance is dignified and composed, with the upper body emphasized. She wears a celestial robe draped over one shoulder. The robe conceals the body, with large, open sleeves extending from the elbows and a wide, low V-neck exposing a decorative skirt. The robe is adorned with intricate patterns along the edges and inner lining, featuring the standard mid-Ming Dynasty rolling leaf patterns. Her headdress and jewelry are exquisitely ornate. Portions of the robe, headdress, and jewelry are outlined in gold. She holds a lotus flower with her right hand, and a Buddha is standing on the lotus flower. Her left hand forms the Dharmachakra Mudra (Wheel Turning Gesture) while cradling a lotus flower. She seated in a meditative posture on a multi-tiered, ornate lotus throne, with colored backlighting behind them. 
觀音上方有寶傘蓋，寶傘蓋左右有捲雲，觀音上方左右有兩持蓮仙女脅侍，蓮座前方則有手纏一龍的西方廣目天王，以及手持劍的南方增長天王。
Above Bodhisattva, there is a canopy umbrella with swirling clouds on either side. Flanking Bodhisattva are two attendants holding lotus flowers. In front of the lotus throne, there's Western Guardian Deity holding a dragon and Southern Guardian Deity holding a sword.
