此幅壁畫使用藏畫法，也叫喇嘛水陸道場畫法。顏料是用標準明朝中後期的天然礦物彩料，呈色依然鮮豔，但有明顯年代久遠風化現象。畫工繁複細緻，與法海寺內壁畫之畫工如出一轍，佛母和龍王、仙人的神態姿勢、衣著紋飾，以及背景捲雲畫法，整體畫風、畫法和布局方式相似。
This item is a mid to late Ming dynasty Cundi painting painted in the Tibetan style, which is also known as the lama water and land bodhimanda painting method. The ink used is standard mid Ming dynasty natural mineral paint, which is still vibrant, although signs of aging can be seen. The details on this painting are complex and intricate, and similar to that in the Fahai Temple wall paintings. The postures and clothing patterns of the Cundi and the Dragon King, and the curled cloud in the background, the overall painting style, and layout of the painting method is similar.
此幅畫中央為準提佛母，佛母眼瞼低垂呈思考狀，眉心中央有白毫，頭部比例較大，身形沉穩端正，上半身面積較大，著有綠色披肩的天衣，下身著有描金捲葉團紋之紅色褲裙，佛母上二手作準提印成式，右第二手施無畏，第三手把劍，第四手作勢數數，第五手把越斧，第六手把微若布羅迦果(漢言子滿果此間無西國有)，第七手把鉤，第八手把跋折羅，第九手把寶鬘；左第二手把如意寶幢，第三手把蓮花，第四手把輪，第五手把寶罐，第六手把螺，第七手把賢瓶，第八手把索，第九手把般若波羅蜜經夾等法器，露雙足盤坐於藍色蓮座上，佛母上方有寶傘蓋，寶傘蓋左右有仙人，蓮花座有莖相連立於海水上，蓮花莖兩側是難陀龍王與跋難陀龍王脅侍。
Cundi sits in the center of the painting with her eyes lowered in thought. There is an urna in the center of Cundi’s forehead, which is larger in proportion. The body is stable and upright, and the upper body takes up a larger area. The Cundi is wearing a green-shawl robe with gold leaf patterned red divided skirt. The Cundi’s top two hands are held in mudra while the second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh, eighth, and ninth right hands are holding the abhaya mudra, a sword, a gesture, an ax, a bijapuraka, a hook, a vajra, and a treasure bottle, respectively. The Cundi’s left second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh, eighth, and ninth hand hold the dhvaja, lotus flower, wheel, jeweled jar, conch, vase, rope, and Mahaprajnaparamita Sutra, respectively. The Cundi is shown to be sitting on a blue lotus seat shaded by a decorated umbrella. Deities are placed on the left and right of this umbrella. The lotus flower seat has a stem that connects to the ocean water and the Nanda Dragon King and Upananda Dragon King stands on either side of the lotus stem in sentry duty.
