手拉坏、修胎精緻，薄胎透光，口內、足內施白釉，白釉微帶蛋青，器身主體以霽藍釉為底。口沿微外撇，細長頸、溜肩、胖腹，天地描金。

Both the interior of the mouth and the interior of the foot are coated with white glaze, which has a subtle eggshell tint. The main body of the vase is covered with a base of sky-blue glaze. The mouth of the vase slightly flares outward, leading to a slender neck, sloping shoulders, and a rounded abdomen. Both the upper and lower sections are adorned with gold.
細長頸繪描金捲草花卉紋，器身主體的描金海水五雲龍紋形貌似中期的乾隆皇帝，龍首頂部有帶梅花包、龍眉微長，是標準清朝乾隆中期的龍頭形式，五雲龍背景飾以描金雲紋、火焰紋及火焰珠，底部繪有描金海濤紋，足外繪標準清朝乾隆時期的描金回紋，描金處因年代久遠帶有氧化效應。全器紋飾與畫工為清朝乾隆中期官窯常見之繁繪畫法和畫工，畫工流暢、工整細膩。
The slender neck is intricately painted with gold-painted scrolling floral patterns. The central motif of the vase features a gold-painted dragon design surrounded by five clouds. The dragon's head is adorned with a plum blossom crown, and its eyebrows are subtly elongated, following the standard dragon head style of the mid-Qianlong period of the Qing Dynasty. The background of the dragon is decorated with gold-painted cloud and flame motifs, including flame-shaped pearls. The bottom of the vase is adorned with a gold-painted sea wave pattern. The exterior of the foot is decorated with a standard Qing Dynasty Qianlong period gold-painted ruyi pattern, which has acquired an oxidized appearance over time. The overall design and craftsmanship of this vase are consistent with the elaborate painting techniques and workmanship commonly seen in the official kilns of the mid-Qianlong period of the Qing Dynasty. The painting is smooth, precise, and finely detailed.

此件底足修圓足，落款使用標準清朝乾隆中期國產青花料，青花料微吃進胎骨，呈色正藍，底書六字三行「大清乾隆年製」篆書款，「年」字最上面一橫筆中間斷開，「製」字右上方「刂」部分分為兩筆，「衣」橫劃上有短豎，位置在「制」中與右之間。
